Mr. Boodey,

Could you email me the last three NHDOT inspections on the Hinsdale-Brattleboro route 119 bridges? The ones your agency employees actually completed.

Sincerely,

Mike Mulligan

Basically the summary. I believe you have to go down to Concord to see the actual report. Maybe a two week notice and appointment to see the report. Very inconvenient. Why can't I just google the bridge name and a list of all bridge inspections come up I have access? This restricted access is how the they protect the corruption at the bridge agency. I am going to email the bridge chief to get the last NHDOT inspection. I'll bet their document system is built in the stone age.

2017

Condition of Deck, Superstructure, Substructure, or Culvert
Deck 7 Good
Superstructure 5 Fair
Substructure 6 Satisfactory

So what is going on. NH poorly funds their NHDOT. The politicians and NHDOT official divert their precious resources to their favored bridge or transportation interest. For the bridges, they falsify bridge inspection to divert money towards their favorite interest. You scratch my back and I will scratch your back. They are trading money, promotions and political favors towards their ends...

***So all the officials are in the shadows in their smoke filled dark rooms making their dirty deals, coverups and massive document destruction. I know in the hearts of  all these officials they know this bridge is extremely unstable and unsafe. It could collapse right now! It is "Hinsdale's family killer bridge" as I noted in the past.

From when the officials determination this bridge is unsafe days ago and their final determination to shutdown the bridge, the public disclosure...what about all the people who crossed this bridge? It is 10,000 cars crossing the bridge every day. Not every car has one person in it. It is moral and ethical to allow all these people to cross this extremely dangerous bridge?

Should you at least warn the drivers by a putting sign up: "This is a extremely unsafe and unstable bridge". "Pass at your own risk". "The NHDOT is in the process of making determinations if this bridge is unsafe".
