Unit 1 is still shutdown. It should be started up in within a week?
Does the owners get some kind of write off or money
incentive to stay at low power and not making electricity? Bet you they will
stay at low power until the new generator is shipped to the site?
Maybe it would overload the staff with two plants shutdown at the same time?
Its a crap shoot with Hope Creek not scramming now?
