Omaha Public Power District spokesman
Mike Jones said the incident involved an employee’s “inappropriate use of a
cellphone camera in the protected area.”
The employee no longer works for the
district, he said, and the incident didn’t pose a risk to public safety. He
noted that the violation is classified in the second-lowest severity category.
