A perfect storm is an event in which a rare combination of circumstances drastically aggravates the event.[1] The term is used by analogy to an unusually severe storm that results from a rare combination of meteorological phenomena.We undergone a prolonged dilution of professionalism, education, training, experience and skills with all the typical hospital staffs and beyond. I seen it is my own care, especially the nursing staff.
You see how fragile and non resilient we made ourselves based on a profit system underging severe budget cuts across the board!
