Based on these emails and conversations, we have identified three concerns under NRC regulatory jurisdiction related to safety relief valves at Hope Creek. Enclosure 1 to this letter documents our understanding of your concerns. If the descriptions of your concerns are not accurate, please contact me as soon as possible so they can be properly characterized prior to the completion of our review. The NRC normally completes our review of technical matters within six months, although complex issues may take longer.Our initial review of the information you provided determined that we would need additional details from you in order to perform an effective review of your concerns.
